1. Using Feddy
These Terms govern your use of Feddy, an iOS creator companion and related website operated by Iakov Pogosian, based in the United Arab Emirates. Feddy provides supported social-account connections, posting streaks, widgets, content idea tools, a teleprompter, and related features. Your use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Use Feddy only in compliance with applicable law and platform rules, and connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your social accounts, permissions, and the content you publish.
Feddy is not intended for users under 13. You must also meet any higher age or consent requirement imposed by applicable law, Apple, or a connected service. If required, a parent or legal guardian must authorize a minor's use.
You may not use Feddy to access unauthorized accounts, circumvent platform restrictions or usage limits, abuse APIs, interfere with security, infringe intellectual-property rights, or conduct unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity. Software license restrictions remain subject to any exceptions required by law.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Before you subscribe
App features require an active subscription. Eligible users may receive a 14-day free trial when offered in Apple's purchase sheet. The selected paid plan renews automatically unless cancelled. The price, billing period, eligibility, and renewal details shown by Apple at purchase control your purchase.
Apple processes App Store purchases and RevenueCat helps verify entitlement access. Prices and available offers may differ by country and can change. We do not publish a fixed worldwide price on this website.
Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account. If you do not want a trial to renew, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Apple determines billing, cancellation effects, and refund eligibility under its terms and applicable law.
Deleting your Feddy account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately. See Apple's refund instructions if you want to request a refund.
Feddy's currently displayed AI allowance is up to 3 requests per day during an eligible trial and up to 10 per day with paid access, across supported networks. Requests, follow-up replies, and automatic generation can use the same allowance; see the current in-app usage display. Limits do not guarantee uninterrupted provider availability.
3. Connected platforms and permissions
Feddy uses official authorization and API flows for supported services. Connecting a platform does not make Feddy affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or Apple. Their services remain governed by their own terms and policies.
API permissions, quotas, account eligibility, review status, and data availability can change. Features may be unavailable if a platform changes its API, access expires, permissions are missing, or you disconnect your account. Feddy does not guarantee access to every post or media type.
AI data-sharing permission is separate from social-platform authorization. Device permissions for notifications, recording, and other optional capabilities are managed through the app and iOS Settings.
4. AI ideas and your content
AI ideas and replies are creative assistance generated using DeepSeek, with your separate AI data-sharing permission. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to others' output, or unsuitable for publication. Review facts, rights, platform rules, and claims before using them. AI output is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for information you submit, including information about other people. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information. Feddy does not guarantee originality, ownership eligibility, reach, revenue, followers, or content performance.
You retain the rights you already have in your own content. Feddy processes it to provide the features you request as described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for deciding whether and where to publish; AI suggestions do not publish or schedule posts on your behalf.
You can withdraw AI sharing permission in Ideas → AI data use. Withdrawal stops further requests and disables Morning Pack, but does not itself delete previous chats or saved ideas.
5. Streaks, widgets, and rewards
Streaks, calendars, reminders, widgets, and Live Activities are informational tools. Platform API delays, recent-post limits, time zones, network availability, iOS scheduling, and device permissions can affect their accuracy or timing. Post confirmation is based on the data available to Feddy, not merely pressing a button in the app.
In the current reward system, the first confirmed post for a calendar day can create one claimable chest across sources; opening it adds 10 collectible crystals. Crystals currently accumulate only: they cannot be spent, purchased, transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn as money.
You start with one freeze and can hold at most one. An available freeze automatically protects one eligible missed day without counting that day as a publication. Seven consecutive actual posting days can refill it; frozen days do not count toward that reward.
An eligible new friend must register and enter your invitation code within seven days of registration for a referral to refill your freeze. Sharing an invitation alone earns nothing. Referrals are limited to one redemption per account, exclude self-referrals, and do not stack freezes beyond one.
Rewards have no cash value and are not a promise of financial gain. Rules or availability may change as the product develops, with notice where required. Do not manipulate account creation, posting attribution, or referrals to obtain duplicate rewards.
6. Public rankings and sharing
Leaderboard visibility is enabled by default and can be turned off using Show me on Leaderboard. While enabled, connected public profile information and posting statistics may be shown to other users as described in the Privacy Policy. AI chats and post content are not displayed in rankings.
When you export a streak card or recording, you choose the destination. Copies shared to a social platform, Photos, or another service are governed by that destination and are not removed by deleting the original in Feddy.
7. Account deletion
You can start account deletion in the Account screen or contact support@content-pet.com. The in-app flow requires a one-time email code to confirm ownership. Deletion removes active account data subject to the limited exceptions explained in the Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting a social account does not delete that platform account. Account deletion does not cancel App Store billing. Local recordings or exports on other devices and services may need to be removed separately.
8. Availability and responsibility
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as Feddy develops or as platform requirements change. We may restrict misuse that threatens the service or violates these Terms, subject to applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feddy is provided as available and without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free information, or a particular creative or business result. We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions, API outages, or indirect losses such as lost profits or content performance, to the extent such exclusions are permitted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The app license is also subject to the App Store's applicable end-user license terms. These Terms do not replace Apple's billing and store rules.
9. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when features or requirements change. The updated date appears above, and we will provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required. Contact us if you have a question about a change.
