1. Who we are

Feddy is operated by Iakov Pogosian, based in the United Arab Emirates, who is the service provider and data controller. This policy covers the Feddy iOS app and our website. Contact us at support@content-pet.com.

2. Information we use

Your Feddy account

We process your email address, Feddy account and support identifiers, Sign in with Apple identifier, display name if provided, authentication session data, and messages or attachments you send to support. Email verification and deletion confirmation use one-time codes.

Connected social accounts

If you connect Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or YouTube, the official platform APIs may provide account identifiers, usernames, display names, profile images and URLs, profile or channel metadata, access and refresh tokens, and recent post metadata. This can include post IDs, captions or titles, media types, thumbnails, URLs, publication dates, and basic counts or statistics available under the permissions you grant. Available data differs by platform, account type, and API permissions.

We use this information to display your connected profile, synchronize posts, calculate posting streaks, show the calendar, and provide the features you select. Connecting a platform is separate from allowing AI data sharing.

Settings, streaks, and rewards

We store app preferences, your selected streak source and time zone, posting-date history, frozen days, reward balances, chest claims, invitation codes and referral attribution. This lets rewards persist across sessions and helps prevent duplicate claims. We also process leaderboard visibility and widget or Live Activity state.

Notifications and Live Activities

For these features, we process Apple push tokens, an app-generated device identifier, language, time zone, selected source, notification preferences, the latest foreground activity time, posting deadlines, and delivery or suppression markers. These records are linked to your Feddy account to schedule reminders, posting confirmations, and optional inspiration messages. You can manage notification preferences in the app and permissions in iOS Settings. Apple controls final delivery and presentation.

Teleprompter, camera, and microphone

The teleprompter stores its script draft and recordings in account-scoped storage on your device. Camera and microphone access is requested when you use recording. Feddy does not upload these recordings or local script drafts to its backend as part of the teleprompter feature. Text already created through AI is subject to the separate AI processing described below.

When you save or share a video, a separate copy may be handled by Photos, the destination app, or a provider you choose. Your operating system and backup settings may also create copies of local data.

Subscriptions and technical information

Apple and RevenueCat handle purchases and access checks. We process subscription status, product and transaction identifiers, entitlement information, and pseudonymous usage identifiers to apply AI limits. Feddy does not receive your full payment card details.

We may process diagnostic and security logs and technical request information such as IP address, request time, device or app version, and error details when available, to operate the service, investigate faults, support users, and prevent abuse.

3. AI data sharing is a separate choice

Feddy uses the DeepSeek API to generate ideas and chat replies. Before AI requests, the app asks for explicit AI data-sharing permission. Requests may include your selected network, connected profile context, recent post captions or other metadata, topic, audience or format preferences, prompt text, and recent chat messages and replies. If you continue a saved idea in chat and send a message, that selected idea is also included as context.

Chats and saved ideas are stored in your Feddy account. Saving or viewing an idea alone does not trigger a new request to the AI provider. If Morning Pack is enabled, it can generate ideas automatically using the account context described above.

You can withdraw permission from Ideas → AI data use. This stops further AI requests and turns off Morning Pack; it does not itself clear existing chats, saved ideas, or information already processed by the provider. Do not send private, sensitive, or confidential information, or information about others that you are not authorized to share.

DeepSeek is provided by Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., based in China. Using its API may involve processing outside your country. Its Open Platform Terms describe the API service and our responsibilities for downstream users. The provider's consumer privacy policy is not a substitute for this Feddy policy. Contact us if you have a question about provider-side processing or a request concerning data already sent.

AI output is a creative draft, not a guarantee of accuracy, originality, reach, revenue, or professional advice. Review it before use.

4. What other creators can see

Leaderboard visibility is enabled by default. While enabled, your connected profile name, avatar, available public profile links, selected platform, and posting or streak statistics may appear in shared rankings. Rankings do not display your email, private Feddy messages, AI chats, access tokens, or post text, images, or videos.

Turn off Show me on Leaderboard in the app to stop participating. Disabling this setting does not remove content from the social platforms themselves.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, Apple sign-in, the App Store and Apple Push Notification service, RevenueCat subscription infrastructure, official social-platform APIs, and DeepSeek AI infrastructure. Information is disclosed as needed for the features described in this policy, support, security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Provider processing may take place outside your country.

Apple purchases and connected platforms remain subject to their own policies. See Apple's privacy information, RevenueCat's privacy information, and the policies shown by each platform during connection.

Google API disclosure

Feddy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention, security, and deletion

We keep account and feature data while needed to provide Feddy and maintain the choices you make. Chat history retains up to 40 recent question-and-answer pairs in total across networks. Explicitly saved replies and preserved generated idea packs remain in your saved library until you remove them or delete your account.

Clearing a network chat removes that chat history, not separately saved copies. Removing a saved idea removes that copy, not text still present in a chat or copies you exported. Reinstalling the app does not delete server-stored chats or ideas.

Account deletion removes account records, connected tokens, sessions, notification registrations, AI settings, chat history, saved ideas, and reward state from active Feddy account systems. Limited residual information may remain for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or unresolved support requests. Pseudonymous AI usage identifiers and daily counts can be retained to prevent account recreation from bypassing usage limits; they do not contain chat text.

Backup copies remain only for the applicable backup retention cycle and are not used as active account content. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for independently held provider records, Apple purchase records, or copies you saved or shared elsewhere. Contact us to discuss a specific deletion request.

Deleting your account through the app also clears the teleprompter draft and recordings for that account on that device after server confirmation. Deletion initiated elsewhere does not remotely erase offline devices, Photos copies, exports, or operating-system backups.

We use HTTPS, authenticated private endpoints, encrypted stored platform tokens, database access controls, and restricted internal-service access. No online service or device can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

7. Your controls and privacy requests

• Disconnect a platform: remove it in Feddy, or revoke permission in that platform's settings. This does not delete your social-platform account.
• Control public visibility: turn off Show me on Leaderboard.
• Stop AI data sharing: use AI data use in Ideas. Clear chats or delete saved ideas separately.
• Manage device permissions: use iOS Settings for notifications, camera, microphone, and Photos permissions where requested.
• Delete your Feddy account: use the Account screen and confirm ownership with the emailed code, or contact support.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. Send a request to support@content-pet.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own account. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully performed.

Where applicable, we process information to provide the service you request and perform our agreement with you, on the basis of your consent where required, and to meet legal obligations. The specific basis and your rights depend on the applicable law and processing purpose.

Deleting your Feddy account or the app does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage it in your Apple account; see our subscription help.

8. Website and external links

The landing-page demonstration is a visual preview, not a sign-in, social connection, purchase, or consent flow. Using it does not grant the app AI permission or connect your social accounts. Tour playback and selected steps are temporary page state; they are not saved between visits.

This website does not set cookies, use local storage or session storage, or load advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served with the site. The website privacy dialog is informational and does not save a choice or grant app permissions.

Your browser still sends ordinary technical request information when loading pages. Hosting may record IP addresses, requested pages, user agents, and request times in access or error logs to deliver the website, protect it, and investigate failures. Read the Cookies & website storage notice for details.

Following an App Store or other external link takes you to a service governed by its own policies.

9. Children

Feddy is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. The App Store age rating does not replace any higher legal or platform age requirement. Where a minor needs a parent or guardian's permission under applicable law or connected-service rules, that permission is required. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Feddy evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate or required.
