In the app, Account → Support can prepare an email with your Support ID and subscription state. You can also write to us directly for connection, sync, subscription, privacy, or deletion questions.

Help us understand what happened

Include your Support ID, the account email if needed to locate your account, the connected platform, device model, iOS and Feddy versions, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots can help, but hide private information first.

Never send passwords, one-time login or deletion codes, access tokens, payment card details, or private API keys.

Connect or reconnect a social account

Feddy uses official platform authorization. Check that you are signed in to the right social account and have granted the requested permissions. Some account types, API permissions, or media types are not supported by every platform.

If access has expired, reconnect the account in Feddy. You can disconnect it in the app or revoke Feddy's access from the platform's settings. Neither action deletes your social-platform account.

Still stuck? Send us the platform name and the exact error, without sharing codes or tokens.

My post or reward has not appeared

Check your selected streak source, connected account, and time zone. Refresh or sync in the app. A post counts when it is available through the platform API and confirmed by Feddy; provider delays, permission limits, and post types can affect detection.

The first confirmed post for a calendar day creates at most one chest across sources. Opening a chest adds 10 crystals. Crystals currently collect only; spending is not available.

A freeze protects one eligible missed day automatically without adding a publication day. Inventory holds at most one. Seven consecutive actual posting days can refill it; a frozen day does not count toward that seven-day reward.

A referral requires a new friend to register and enter your code within seven days, once per account. Sending a link alone does not grant a reward.

If a confirmed post still looks wrong, include its public link, publication time, selected source, and your time zone in a support message. Do not delete and recreate your account as a troubleshooting step.

Subscriptions, restoration, and refunds

Feddy requires an active subscription. A 14-day trial is available only to eligible users when shown in Apple's purchase sheet. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled, at the price and interval shown by Apple.

• Paid, but access is missing? Confirm you are using the Apple account that purchased the plan, then try Restore purchases or Refresh subscription in Feddy.
• Want to cancel? Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Feddy. Follow Apple's cancellation guide. Apple advises cancelling unwanted trial renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Want a refund? Follow Apple's refund request guide. Apple decides eligibility; Feddy support cannot promise or directly issue an App Store refund.

Deleting your Feddy account or the app does not cancel App Store billing. Cancellation is a separate action.

AI requests and privacy controls

AI generation requires separate permission to send selected profile and recent-post context, your message, and relevant conversation context to DeepSeek. Open Ideas → AI data use to read the disclosure or stop sharing. Stopping sharing also turns off Morning Pack.

Your current allowance is shown in the app: up to 3 requests per day during an eligible trial or 10 per day with paid access, across networks. Chat follow-ups and automatic generation can use the same allowance. Account recreation does not reset limits.

You can clear a network chat or remove saved ideas separately. Clearing a chat keeps separately saved copies; deleting a saved copy does not remove text already in a chat. Stopping AI sharing does not delete earlier content.

To hide your public profile from shared rankings, turn off Show me on Leaderboard. Visibility is on by default. Read the Privacy Policy for the complete data explanation.

Teleprompter and recordings

Camera and microphone permissions are needed to record video. If permission was denied, allow it in iOS Settings for Feddy, then reopen the camera. Available quality and frame rates depend on your device.

The script draft and recordings are stored on your device, not uploaded to Feddy's backend by the teleprompter. Remove a take from the recording library to delete that local copy. Videos already exported to Photos or shared elsewhere must be removed separately.

Delete your account or request your data

Use Account → Delete account in Feddy and confirm ownership with the one-time code sent to your account email. If you cannot access the app, email support@content-pet.com from the linked address and explain what you need. We may need to verify account ownership.

Deletion removes active Feddy account data, with the limited exceptions described in the retention and deletion section. The in-app flow also clears this account's local teleprompter data on that device after server confirmation. Offline devices, exported videos, social-platform content, and Apple purchase records are separate.

For access, correction, or another privacy request, use the same support email. Do not include your confirmation code in an email to support.
